this sleazy fly by night shysters ripped me off. first the made me jump
through hoops to get approved (which i have impeccable credit) then
after only using them for 5 days they abruptly terminated my agreement
with e-online data. without merit or warning while 2 transactions ($107
and $177 which i never received )that should have went through were
declined because of e-online data termination because a charge back that
was triggered automatically from a customers card . i got this email
before i even knew what was going on "
this email serves as
official notice that we are terminating the agreement we have with your
company, effective immediately. this decision was made for reasons
including, but may not be limited to, the following:
* the dollar
amount of chargebacks or retrieval requests is in excess of 1% of the
average monthly dollar amount of your card transactions.
each of
the reasons listed above constitutes a violation of the terms and
condition of your agreement with our company, and is grounds for
immediate termination as outlined in the terms and conditions.
when
i called chris bailey at e-online data chris bailey was extremely rude
and defensive interrupting me by saying "were not going to send that
$177 through" warning! beware of chris bailey and e-online data. not to
mention my accounts being overdrawn -$400 from e-online data's genius
decision making by terminating my account do not do business with
e-online data you will be sorry you did.
